▢2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
▢1 3/4 cups (210g) all-purpose flour
▢3/4 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
▢1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
▢1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
▢1 teaspoon salt
▢2 eggs
▢1 cup (240ml) milk
▢1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
▢2 teaspoons vanilla extract
▢1 cup (240ml) boiling water


INSTRUCTIONS:-


Step 1: In a big bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir thoroughly.

Step 2: Mix the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract with the dry ingredients. Mix the batter at a moderate speed for 2 minutes until it becomes smooth.

Step 3: Pour the hot water into the batter and mix it well. It's normal for the batter to be thin.

Step 4: Put the same amount of batter into both cake pans that you have already prepared.

Step 5: Put the cakes in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Check if they are ready by inserting a toothpick in the center of each cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cakes are done.

Step 6: Take the cakes out of the oven and wait for 10 minutes before removing them from the pans.
