▢½ cup coconut oil / cocoa butter / vanaspathi ghee
▢½ cup powdered sugar
▢½ cup cocoa powder
▢¼ cup milk powder
▢1 tsp vanilla extract

for white chocolate:

▢½ cup coconut oil / cocoa butter / vanaspathi ghee
▢¼ cup powdered sugar
▢¾ cup milk powder


INSTRUCTION:-

how to make milk chocolate without using cocoa butter:

Step 1: First, warm 1/2 cup coconut oil in a double boiler.

Step 2: Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, and 1/4 cup milk powder when the coconut oil has melted.

Step 3: Mix thoroughly to get a fluid, smooth consistency.

Step 4: now stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Step 5: The milk chocolate mixture is prepared to be poured into the moulds.

Step 6: I used silicone chocolate bar moulds, but you can choose any moulds you like.

Step 7: After giving it two taps, put it in the fridge for an hour to let it entirely set.

Step 8: The milk chocolate is now prepared for consumption. If you live in a warm climate, store chocolate in the refrigerator to prevent melting.
