INGREDIENTS:-

▢1 cup moong sprouts
▢3 cup hot water
▢½ tsp cumin powder
▢¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
▢½ tsp aamchur
▢¼ tsp salt
▢½ cucumber (chopped)
▢½ tomato (chopped)
▢½ carrot (grated)
▢2 tbsp capsicum (chopped)
▢2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
▢2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
▢2 tbsp mint / pudina (finely chopped)
▢1 chilli (finely chopped)
▢1 tsp lemon juice
▢2 tbsp peanuts (roasted & crushed)

INSTRUCTIONS:-

 Step 1: 1 cup of moong sprouts should first be blanched for 5 minutes in 3 cups of boiling water. You could also boil water for two minutes.

 Step 2: Water should be drained. Make sure the moon sprouts are still crunchy yet slightly softened.

 Step 3: Into a sizable mixing basin, add the blanched moong sprouts.

 Step 4: Add 1/2 tsp. each of cumin, 1/4 tsp. each of chilli and aamchur, and 1/4 tsp. each of salt.

 Step 5: Make sure the spices are thoroughly blended by stirring carefully.

 Step 6: In addition, include 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 a tomato, 1/2 a carrot, 2 tbsp of capsicum, 2 tbsp of spring onion, 2 tbsp of coriander, 2 tbsp of mint, 1 chilli, and 1 tsp of lemon juice.

 Step 7: Make careful to thoroughly blend everything by mixing.

 Step 8: Finally, plate the salad of moong sprouts and top it with 2 tablespoons of roasted peanuts.

Notes:

First, you can create a nutritious salad using the sprouts of your choosing.
Additionally, blanching sprouts makes them slightly softer while maintaining their crispness.
Additionally, modify the chilli to your own amount of heat.
Finally, fresh herbs give flavour and nutrition to a sprout salad.
