INGREDIENTS:-

for pressure cooking:

▢1 cup peanut
▢½ tsp turmeric
▢1 tsp salt
▢2 cup water

other ingredients:

▢¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
▢½ tsp chaat masala
▢1 tsp green chutney
▢½ onion (finely chopped)
▢2 tbsp tomato (finely chopped)
▢2 tbsp sweet corn (boiled)
▢1 tsp raw mango (grated)
▢2 tbsp pomegranate
▢½ potato / aloo (boiled & cubed)
▢2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
▢1 tsp lemon juice
▢¼ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1: Assemble the boiled peanuts in a sizable bowl.

Step 2: 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 14 tsp chilli powder, and 1 tsp green chutney should be added.

Step 3: Make sure the spices are thoroughly blended by stirring carefully.

Step 4: Add 1/2 potato, 2 tbsp pomegranate, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 1 tsp raw mango, and 2 tbsp sweet corn to the dish.

Step 5: Add 2 tbsp of coriander, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp of salt as well.

Step 6: Make careful to thoroughly blend everything by mixing.

Step 7: Lastly, enjoy in peanut chaat as a nighttime snack.


Notes:

First off, either fresh or raw peanuts can be used in this recipe.
Additionally, if you're cooking peanuts, make sure you salt them well.
Moreover, you can add whatever vegetables you like to the salad to make it more nourishing.
Finally, when kept in the refrigerator, peanut chaat or salad recipes are good for two days.
