Hot and sour soup recipe | hot n sour soup | hot sour soup step by step recipe. Indo-Chinese cuisine is known for its spicy and flavorful taste, designed to suit Indian taste buds. It is a mixture of strong flavors, consisting of bitterness, spice, sourness, and savoriness. This same taste is present in its soup variations, and Hot and Sour Soup is one such simple, filling recipe.
I'm not a big fan of the full course meals offered by Indo-Chinese recipes, and I usually opt for North or South Indian cuisine instead. But when we go out for dinner, it always begins with some Indo-Chinese starters or soup as an appetizer. My personal favorite is to start with a tomato soup recipe or a Hot and Sour Soup. The best part about this soup is its sourness, which awakens the taste buds. Most soups only offer either spice or savoriness, but Hot and Sour Soup has a combination of both, making it an ideal meal starter.
