INGREDIENTS:-
for boiling noodles:
▢8 cup water
▢2 tbsp oil
▢1 tsp salt
▢2 pack noodles
▢cold water (for rinsing)
for hakka noodles:
▢2 tbsp oil
▢2 clove garlic (finely chopped)
▢1 chilli (slit)
▢2 inch ginger (chopped)
▢2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
▢½ onion (sliced)
▢½ capsicum (sliced)
▢½ cabbage (shredded)
▢1 carrot (sliced)
▢2 beans (chopped)
▢2 tbsp chilli sauce
▢2 tbsp soy sauce
▢2 tbsp tomato sauce
▢½ tsp salt
▢½ tsp pepper powder
▢2 tbsp vinegar
▢few bean sprouts
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1 : In a large vessel, take 8 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Step 2 : Once the water boils, add 2 packs of noodles.
Step 3 : Stir and boil for 3 minutes, or follow the cooking time instructions on the package.
Step 4 : Once done, drain the noodles and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Step 5 : Set aside. In a large wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 6 : Add 2 cloves of garlic, 1 chili, 2 inches of ginger, and 2 tablespoons of spring onion.
Step 7 : Stir fry on high heat.
Step 8 : Then, add ½ onion, ½ capsicum, ½ cabbage, 1 carrot, and 2 beans.
Step 9 : Stir fry until the vegetables shrink slightly.
Step 10 : Add 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of pepper powder.
Step 11 : Stir fry until the sauces combine.
Step 12 : Now, add the boiled noodles and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Step 13 : Stir fry and add a few bean sprouts and 2 tablespoons of spring onions.
