INGREDIENTS:- 

for nuts powder:

▢2 tbsp cashew
▢2 tbsp almonds

for instant khova:

▢2 tsp ghee / clarified butter
▢¾ cup milk
▢1 cup milk powder

for roasting:

▢2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
▢5 cashew (chopped)
▢5 almonds (chopped)
▢2 tbsp raisins
▢10 pistachios (chopped)
▢5 dates (chopped)
▢2 tbsp charoli / chironji

for kheer:

▢1½ litre milk
▢¼ tsp saffron
▢½ cup sugar
▢½ tsp cardamom powder

INSTRUCTIONS:- 

how to make nuts powder:

First, dry roast 2 tbsp of cashews and 2 tbsp of almonds in a pan.

Roast the nuts until they become crispy.

Cool completely, then mix to a powdery consistency. put aside.

how to make instant mawa or khova using milk powder:

First, combine 2 tsp ghee, 3/4 cup milk, and 1 cup milk powder in a pan.

Making sure there are no lumps, thoroughly stir and combine.

Continue to cook without burning on a low burner.

Stir the mixture constantly until it thickens and separates from the pan.

You can use instant mawa right away or store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.

how to make kheer:

Step 1:  First, combine 1½  litres of milk with 1/4 teaspoon saffron in a big kadai.

Step 2:  Stir continuously as you bring the milk to a boil.

Step 3:  Add the nut powder once the milk has reached a boil.

Step 4:  Stir thoroughly, then boil for five minutes.

Step 5:  Add prepared mawa thereafter, and combine thoroughly. You can also use 1 cup of store-bought khova in place of this.

Step 6:  Stir thoroughly, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 7:  Now stir in 1/2 cup sugar and bring to a boil.

Step 8:  bring the kheer to a full boil or until it acquires a creamy consistency.

Step 9:  Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee to toast the dried fruits.

Step 10:  Add 10 pistachios, 5 dates, 2 tbsp charoli, 5 dates, 5 almonds, 5 cashews, and 2 tbsp raisins.

Step 11:  Sauté the nuts until they become crispy.

Notes:

First, make sure the nuts are roasting over a low flame. otherwise there is a risk of nuts burning.
Additionally, alter the sugar amount to your own level of sweetness.
To make the kheer fluffy texture, you can also boil the milk until it is reduced to half its original volume.
Finally, whether served warm or cold, the dry fruit kheer dish is delicious.
