INGREDIENTS:-

Butter -27 gm 2 tbsp

Cream -  60 ml ¼ cup / 4 tbsp
Condensed Milk  - 80 gm ¼ cup / 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar -  1/2 cup
Water -  80 ml extra 2 tbsp, if required
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Maida -1 cup
Nutella / Chocolate spread -100 gm

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1 : Start By Combining Melted Butter, Fresh Cream, Condensed Milk, And Powdered Sugar In A Large Bowl. Mix The Ingredients Together Until The Sugar Has Dissolved And There Are No Lumps.

Step 2 : Using a whisk, whisk the batter for two minutes to incorporate air and make the cake softer.

Step 3 : Add less than ½ cup of water and mix it in. After that, add baking powder and mix until everything is incorporated.

Step 4 : Now, add maida and make sure the batter is lump-free. If the batter is too thick, add more water until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 5 : Before proceeding, make sure you have a non-stick pan with a lid and a ladel or measuring cup to scoop the batter.

Step 6 : Finally, preheat the non-stick pan and use a damp cloth to clean it off before adding the batter.

Step 7 : Using a measuring cup, scoop the batter and divide into two, so that you can make two dora cakes.

Step 8 : The batter will spread naturally; no need to spread it.

Step 9 : Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute over low flame.

Step 10 : When you see air bubbles, flip the cake; it will appear raw on top.

Step 11 : Cover the pan and continue cooking for 30 seconds.

Step 12 : To prevent a dry and tough cake, don't overcook it.

Step 13 : Once both sides are brown, cook the remaining dora cakes.

Step 14 : You should get around 10 sets. spread 1 tbsp of the chocolate spread on one side of the cake, then cover with the other.

Step 15 : Prepare all the sets in this manner and your spongy Dora cakes are ready.
