INGREDIENTS:-

▢1/4 cup milk 60 ml
▢1 & 1/2 -2 tablespoons instant coffee adjust to how strong you want your coffee
▢3-4 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
▢2 cups milk chilled, 480 ml/16 oz
▢3-4 ice cubes
▢vanilla ice cream optional

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1: Heat up 1/4 cup of milk in a pan or microwave.

Step 2: Incorporate your desired amount of instant coffee and sugar for sweetness.

Step 3: Utilize a spoon or whisk to mix everything together - since the milk is hot, the coffee and sugar will dissolve quickly.

Step 4: Subsequently, pour the coffee-sugar mix into the blender.

Step 5: In addition, add 2 cups of chilled milk, 3-4 ice cubes, and even vanilla ice cream if desired.

Step 6: Close the lid and blend until all of the ingredients are blended together and the coffee is foamy.

Step 7: Pour the coffee into glasses and garnish with chocolate syrup.

Step 8: For an extra delicious touch, refrigerate the glasses for 15 minutes before serving the coffee.

Step 9: Enjoy this frothy coffee drink immediately for maximum creaminess!

Notes:

Adjust the sugar to your taste. If you don't fancy a sweet cold coffee, then you can reduce the sugar to 1 or 2 tablespoons. For a sweeter coffee, use four tablespoons.
Cut down on the sugar or avoid it entirely if using vanilla ice cream in the recipe.
Whole milk makes a creamy cold coffee, but you can use any milk of your choice, even dairy-free options. Oat milk will work great here.
For a thicker coffee, skip the ice cubes and replace them with vanilla ice cream.
