INGREDIENTS:- 

FOR BOILING  PASTA:-

2 Cup Pasta 
6 Cup  Water
1 Tbsp Salt

FOR SAUTEEING VEGATABLES:-


▢2 Tbsp Oil
▢3 Clove Garlic (Finely Chopped)
▢1/2 Carrot (Chopped)
▢1/2 Onion (Chopped)
▢1/2 Capsicum (Chopped)
▢3 Tbsp Sweet Corn
▢1/2 Tsp Pepper (Crushed)
▢1/2 Tbsp Salt
For White Pasta Sauce:-
▢2 Tbsp Butter
▢3 Tbs Maida/ Plain Flour
▢2 Cup Milk
▢1/2 Tsp Pepper(Crushed)
▢1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes 
▢1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs 
▢1/2 Tsp Salt 
▢Cheese (For Garnishing)

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Step 1: Begin by bringing 6 cups of water and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil in a large kadai.

Step 2: Then, add 2 cups of pasta such as elicoidali or penne and cook for 7 minutes, or until al dente. Set aside afterwards to drain.

Step 3: Next, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and sauté 3 cloves of garlic. 

Step 4 : Then, add ½ onion, carrot, capsicum and 3 tablespoons of sweet corn and sauté for a minute or until slightly shrunken but still crisp. 

Step 5: Follow with ½ teaspoon of pepper and ½ teaspoon of salt.

Step 6: To make the white sauce for the pasta, heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a separate pan.

Step 7: Add 3 tablespoons of maida and sauté on low flame until fragrant. 

Step 8: Then, gradually pour 1 cup of milk and mix until the sauce thickens. 

Step 9: Repeat with the addition of a second cup of milk, stirring continuously until creamy and lump-free.

Step 10: Add ½ teaspoon of pepper, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, and ½ teaspoon of salt to the sauce and mix until evenly combined. 


Tip :

In The Sauteed Vegetables, Followed By The Boiled Pasta. To Loosen The Sauce If It Has Thickened Too Much, Add 2 Tablespoons Of The Pasta-Cooking Water.Gently Combine Before Garnishing Just Before Serving With Grated Cheese.
