INGREDIENTS:-


Dough:

▢1 1/8 teaspoons active dry yeast
▢1 teaspoon granulated sugar
▢3/4 cup warm water
▢1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
▢3/4 teaspoon salt
▢1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
▢1 ½ - 2 cups bread flour , or all-purpose flour

Topping:

▢1 1/2 Tablespoons salted butter
▢2 cloves garlic , minced
▢1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
▢1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:-

Making homemade pizza is easy and so much fun!

Step 1 : In a bowl or stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar and yeast.

Step 2 : Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 3 : Add remaining warm water, olive oil, salt, and vinegar.

Step 4 : Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. 

Step 5 : Cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rest in a warm place for an hour. 

Step 6 : Preheat oven to 475 degrees F with a pizza stone or upside down cookie sheet inside. 

Step 7 : Punch the dough down, spread it on parchment paper with your hands, and top with butter, garlic, parmesan, and mozzarella. 

Step 8 : Place the dough on the hot pizza stone and bake for 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Step 9 : Serve with marinara sauce or ranch for dipping - yum!

Notes:-

Prep Ahead: Make the dough up to 4 hours ahead of time and let it chill in the fridge.Freezing: Place the dough in a freezer-safe bag, removing as much air as possible, and freeze for 2-3 months. To bake, thaw in the fridge overnight and let sit on the counter for 30 minutes before forming breadsticks.
